Men

Making disciples starts with the pursuit of relationships, not just participation in programs. Relationships are cultivated through various groups and flourish while pursuing authentic community and growing in the knowledge and application of God’s Word.

Men's Groups

Our weekly groups give men an opportunity to build biblical friendships with other men as well as grapple with biblical answers to life’s challenges. Be a part of this growing group of men as we devote ourselves to Jesus and each other, enjoy God’s presence in our lives, endeavor to love each other well, and learn what it means to lead out in grace and truth in Jesus’ name.

Men's Study - The Cure

Tuesdays  |  6:30 PM  |  Fellowship - Room 605

This 10-week group will focus on the book The Cure by Trueface. “The Cure gives the diagnosis of this century’s religious obsession with sin-management… (it) infuses a relational theology of grace and identity, which alone can heal, free, and create sustainable, genuine, loving, life-giving communities.” For more information, contact Dave Drum at dwdrum120@gmail.com.

Running Your Race God's Way

Mutually selected topics range from the Old and New Testaments, specific Bible book studies, key figures from Scripture, Jesus’ encounters, etc. We also invest in our relationships by sharing current happenings in our lives so we may encourage and pray for one another. Men's Groups in the Community

Christ Led Communities (CLC)

Building authentic community through the uncommon pursuit of Christ, CLC equips men to center their lives on Jesus and the bible, transforming them into passionate Christ-followers who inspire others, via small groups, to do the same. For more information, visit clchq.org and contact David Bianconni at dbianconi@clchq.org.

F3

F3 is a men’s workout group with the mission to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. It is free of charge, open to all men, held outdoors, led by the men who participate, and ends with a “circle of trust.” For more information contact Dan Henson at (865) 599-1145 or dhenson1160@gmail.com.

Woodsmen Ministry

The Woodsmen Ministry is an outdoor-based small group ministry across the southeast. These are places for men to connect through a shared interest such as fishing, golf, basketball, disc golf, and more. For many men, the outdoors is a safe place to spend time with others and find rest. Through Woodsmen, we’ll create spaces for men to find friendships, have fun doing something they’re passionate about, and encounter God’s love. For more information contact Josh Webb at (601) 508-2006 or joshua.webb@cru.org.
